At Healthbridge, we are dedicated to providing exceptional support and ensuring you have multiple ways to contact us. Here are the methods available:

 

  1. Navigate to the doctor's name in the top corner and select the “Support” option. 
  2. The user will be able to locate Healthbrigde call centre number (0860 200 222).
  3. The user will be able to locate the Healthbridge email support address(csc@healthbridge.co.za).

If the user prefers digital assistance, Our digital support agent is an excellent alternative to assist with any Healthbridge-related queries. This can be easily accessed from the system through the “Help Centre” by simply clicking on the “Help Centre” icon.

This “Help Centre” provides users with access to help articles and video tutorials as well as a “Chat” option should they need to speak to an agent.
