Vaccination Schedule
Healthbridge Clinical has introduced a new Vaccination Schedule feature, enabling the recording and tracking of patient vaccination histories. This feature supports the inclusion of custom vaccinations for all age groups and incorporates standard childhood vaccinations, as outlined in the "Road to Health" booklet.
How to access the Vaccination Schedule
- Navigate to the Healthbridge clinical application.
- Select the patient file that requires the update.
- Within the patient file is a new option for “Vaccination schedule”
- Select the “Activate vaccination Schedule” option to have access to this new feature.
- If a patient prefers to opt out of disclosing the vaccination details, that can also be recorded on the system.
How to Update a Patient's Vaccination Information
- Navigate to the patient profile and select the “vaccination schedule” option.
- The user can update vaccination history from birth till 12 years of age and “save”
- The user can also add a “custom vaccine” and note all relevant information, and “add” to the patient profile.
- Captured saved vaccine data will display on the “patient overview”
How to edit and update a patient's Vaccination Information.
- Navigate to the patient profile and select the “vaccination schedule” option.
- The user can easily email and print the vaccination schedule and edit the information as needed, allowing for special notes.
