Prompt Guide

Smart Prompt Guide

Your AI-powered documentation assistant. Pick a document type, copy a prompt, fill in the brackets.

Three golden rules for better prompts
1Be specific about purpose. Name who the document is for — medical scheme, GP, employer, insurer. This shapes the tone, structure, and clinical depth automatically.
2State what to exclude. For motivation letters, list medications or categories to leave out. The assistant includes everything from the patient record unless explicitly told otherwise.
3Set the date range. Anchor your prompt with a period — e.g. "2022 to present" — so the assistant summarises the right window from the patient's timeline, not the entire history.
