Accessing Body Charts through the Stylus Option

Where to Access Body Charts

Body charts can be accessed via the Stylus icon in multiple locations within Healthbridge Clinical:

1. Patient Timeline – Click on the Stylus icon.
2. During a Consultation – where the Stylus icon is present:
   • Clinical Notes
   • Symptoms
   • Examination tabs 

How to Use Body Charts with the Stylus

Step 1: Open the Stylus Function

• Click on the Stylus icon  in any supported section.
• Select ‘Add Templates’ to access available diagrams.

Step 2: Choose a Body Chart

New body chart templates available:

• Full Body (Front/Back)
• Body Side View
• Foot Chart
• Hand Chart

Step 3: Add Notes to the Body Chart

• For touchscreen or stylus users: Draw directly on the diagram.
• For PC users: Click on the Textbox icon to insert typed notes next to specific areas.

This feature allows practitioners to visually document findings, annotate directly on diagrams, and enhance examination notes for more detailed patient records.
