Step 1
A booked appointment
Click the appointment on My Schedule to open the patient's file. Prefer the Waiting Room if you're seeing patients as they arrive.

Opening the file
You'll land on Patient Overview, talking points, family history, conditions, and medication in one screen. Skim it, then click Start Consult to begin.

Let Nora take notes
Click the microphone icon to start recording. Nora turns your conversation into structured clinical notes automatically, so you can stay focused on the patient.

Symptoms tab
Open the Symptoms tab, then select a complaint and visit type. Healthbridge Clinical tailors the examination questions to match.

Examination tab
Open the Examination tab, then capture vitals, run a questionnaire, or draw directly onto a body chart, whatever the visit calls for.

Diagnose & prescribe
Open the Diagnose & Prescribe tab, search and add an ICD-10 code under Diagnosis, then switch to Medicine, SmartMeds suggests medication and flags allergies automatically before you confirm anything.

Let AI handle the paperwork
Open the Plan tab, then click a generator card, referral letter, motivation, or visit summary, and the Clinical Assistant drafts it straight from the patient's history in seconds.

Medical Certificate
Toggle on Medical Certificate in the Plan tab, and a certificate is ready to download, email, or print, no separate document to write.

Wrapping up
Open the Review tab. Tick Send to admin to hand billing to your admin team, or leave it unticked to bill it yourself and submit straight to the medical aid. Then click Finish.

After the patient leaves
Lab results land automatically in your Pathology Centre. Click the green WhatsApp icon on a result, and the Pathology Messenger drafts a patient-friendly message for you.
