Q: Where are Medical Certificates (Sick Notes) issued during a consultation?

A: Medical Certificates and sick notes are captured under the Plan section of the consultation workflow. You can toggle the switch for a medical certificate if the patient requires one.

Q: How can I ensure the security and authenticity of a Medical Certificate?

A: You can enable a QR code to be included in sick notes for security verification. This QR code helps prevent fraudulent edits and when scanned will populate a digital version.. Additionally, watermarks can be automatically applied to Medical Certificates to help prevent fraud and ensure document authenticity.This can be conviently set up under the "Settings" section.

Q: Will my practice branding appear on the document?

A: Yes, your practice logo will be visible on all sick notes issued.This logo can be added from the "Settings" section.

Q: Can I retrieve old sick notes?

A: Yes, previously issued letters, including sick notes, can be downloaded from the patient’s timeline.

Q: What options do I have for sending or sharing the sick note?

A: Once created in the Plan tab, sick notes can be shared digitally or physically either via Email you can email sick notes directly from the system ,You have the option to print a hard copy and also sick notes can also be sent via SMS.
