- Build Around Your Practice: Create your own consultation templates for specialised workflows while continuing to use Healthbridge Clinical's standard consultation templates.
- Flexible Field Options: Add text fields, expanding text boxes, checklists and slide toggles, organised under Symptoms or Examination.
- Smarter Consultations: Use conditional questions to guide consultations and capture more meaningful clinical information.
- Automatic Clinical Documentation: Information captured through Custom Visit Templates is automatically added to the Patient Timeline, helping generate richer Clinical Assistant notes and referral letters.
Select Provider Name, choose Custom Visit Templates, enter a template name, select where your custom fields belong, add your preferred field types, and click Save to start tailoring every consultation to your workflow.
