  A proactive visual indicator has now been integrated into the Diagnosis tab for consultations. Red dot ICD-10 required / Green tick ICD-10 added.This enables providers to detect missing diagnosis codes early in the workflow, minimizing disruptions at the point of encounter completion.
• New Questionnaire: Oswestry Low Back Disability Index (ODI) - The ODI assessment now incorporates flexible section completion rules, enhancing the structured tracking of functional disability in patients experiencing low back pain.

Timeline Note Formatting Update - Improved formatting of Timeline Notes. Only the label “Note:” remains bold; the heading and body text now render in normal font for improved readability.
