Latest enhancements - 2025/04/04

Healthbridge Clinical has had a few enhancements added in this week. Here is a full overview of whats changed.


  • Increased SmS characters - The Short Message Service (SMS) character limit has been increased to 306 characters to facilitate more comprehensive messaging to patients.
  • Attach documents to all emails - The capability to attach files has been expanded. File attachments are now supported for Prescriptions,Medical Certificates,Refferal letters,Custom Letters.
  • General Screening Enhancements - The system now permits the selection of either ug/ml or ng/ml as the unit of measurement for PSA, providing enhanced flexibility to accommodate the differing standards used by various laboratories.
  • Script quantities Displayed on the Timeline - The timeline now features the quantity of prescribed/dispensed medication. Previously, only dosage instructions, excluding quantity, were included.
  • Glucose & Diabetes results now include decimal points - The system has been enhanced to permit the entry of GFR values with decimal points, an option not previously implemented. This functionality is accessible within the examination section of consultations.
  • Specify eye usage routes - New dosage routes added specifically for eyes as follows OD - Right Eye,OS - Left Eye,OU - Both Eye.The description box below conveniently advises the user on which route is been used.
  • Watermark on documents - A default watermark has been implemented on all documents to prevent an unauthorised generation of documents using the Doctor's credentials. This feature can be deactivated/activated via the “Settings” menu, under the Watermark section.
  • Medicine suggestions  based on diagnosis - When adding a diagnosis, the Medicine tab automatically displays related medications. Initially, up to six medications are visible. The complete list can be accessed by selecting "Show more."Clicking the medication adds it to the prescription. Clicking the arrow icon opens a dialogue to select an alternative or confirm the suggestion.
