# Support Contact details 

At Healthbridge, we are dedicated to providing exceptional support and ensuring you have multiple ways to contact us. Here are the methods available:

1.  Navigate to the doctor's name in the top corner and select the **“Support”** option. 
2.  The user will be able to locate Healthbrigde call centre number **(0860 200 222).**
3.  The user will be able to locate the Healthbridge email support address([**csc@healthbridge.co.za**](mailto:csc@healthbridge.co.za)).

If the user prefers digital assistance, Our digital support agent is an excellent alternative to assist with any Healthbridge-related queries. This can be easily accessed from the system through the **“Help Centre”** by simply clicking on the **“Help Centre”** icon.
